Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Request one from your account settings.
What currency will I be billed in?
We bill in your local currency where available. USD and EUR are currently supported.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Full access to METAR and TAF data, station search, and the world map. Up to 3 saved weather cards and 3 saved TV stations. Upgrade to Pro for custom decoding, auto-refresh, TV modes, and up to 100 of each.
Do you offer team or organisation plans?
